MICHELLE’S TRAINING STYLE
As a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, I aim to empower clients to transform their negative beliefs and habits through fitness and mindful choices. I recognize each client as unique and deserving of a personalized plan tailored to their body and lifestyle. Michelle was my personal trainer at LA Fitness for a period of time and I believed she was one of the most experienced and committed trainers in the gym.
