Michelle was my personal trainer at LA Fitness for a period of time and I believed she was one of the most experienced and committed trainers in the gym. Really enjoyed the variety and challenges she put into each training session. Michelle was focused on helping me achieve my goals (especially my balance and sciatic nerve pain) and makes every session challenging somehow fun. My fitness has increased noticeably, and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups/ core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I found that I actually look forward to my training sessions. Importantly, she ensures that I develop correct techniques to avoid any injuries. She is extremely reliable and punctual and most importantly she starts each training session with a detailed individualized exercise plan. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Michelle and would recommend her to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness.
